Refund Policy

We want you to love your dog's reading. Because every reading is a personalized digital product created specifically for your dog, here is how refunds work:
Before your reading is delivered
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your reading has been generated and delivered. Just email us with your order email address.
After delivery
If something is wrong with your reading — the wrong name, a technical problem with the PDF or portrait, or it simply never arrived — contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
If the reading was delivered correctly but you're not happy with it, write to us within 14 days of delivery and tell us why. We review every request personally and will offer a remake or a refund where reasonable. We're a small team and we'd rather make it right than argue.
Express delivery add-on
If you purchased the 12-hour express upgrade and your reading arrived later than 12 hours after payment, we will refund the express fee automatically on request.
How to request a refund
Email support@mypawstrology.com from the address you used at checkout (or use the contact page) and include your dog's name. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
