Welcome to Pawstrology. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the products sold on it. By using the site or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment purposes only

Pawstrology readings — including the free preview, the full written reading, archetypes, scores, and AI-generated portraits — are creative fiction produced for entertainment purposes only. They are not scientific, veterinary, medical, behavioral, or professional advice of any kind, and no claims are made about their factual accuracy. Nothing on this site should be used to make decisions about your pet's health, training, or care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for concerns about your dog.

2. The product

A paid reading is a personalized digital product: a written "past-life reading" generated with the help of artificial intelligence from your quiz answers, delivered as a PDF together with an AI-generated portrait. Standard delivery arrives within 48 hours of purchase; the optional express upgrade delivers within 12 hours. Delivery is by email and via your personal reading page.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Whop). We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout; the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You confirm that any photo you upload is yours to share and that it depicts your pet. We use your photo and quiz answers only to create your reading, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Once delivered, your personalized reading and portrait are yours to keep, print, and share for personal, non-commercial use. The site itself — its design, copy, and software — remains our property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to access other customers' readings or data, no interference with the service, no automated scraping, and no unlawful use.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Third-party platforms

This site is not a part of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or YouTube, and is not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or Google LLC in any way.
